• The contact form — first name, last name, email, subject, message. Single purpose: answering your request. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
• The project brief — your email, with your explicit consent. Single purpose: sending you the document. Your address feeds no list and receives no follow-up. Legal basis: consent (art. 6.1.a).
• Booking — the Google calendar loads only when you click “Book”. Data entered there is processed by Google under its own terms.
• The manifesto film — the YouTube embed (“nocookie” version) loads only when you press play. No request to YouTube before that.

This site currently uses no analytics and no advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served by the site itself — no third-party resource loads without your action.

• Sole recipient — BAAIR. Your data is neither sold, rented, nor shared for commercial purposes.
• Hosting — Hostinger International Ltd (EU-based infrastructure for this site).
• Retention — contact exchanges are kept for the duration of the relationship, at most 3 years after the last exchange; the address used for the brief delivery is not kept beyond the delivery and its notification.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, consent withdrawal: one message to concept@baair.fr is enough — answered within a month at most. If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data-protection authority (cnil.fr).

Cookies. The site runs without tracking cookies. Should consent-based services be added one day, a banner will let you accept or refuse them — refusing will never prevent you from browsing.
