Every site, surface and timeline changes the work: a posted price would be wrong one way or the other. The call is free of commitment, and the quote spells out exactly what it covers.
Remote: a sourcing file is a natively remote deliverable — built, shared and decided online, with samples shipped to you whenever touch matters.

What exactly is in a sourcing file?
For each package — floors, walls, furniture, lighting, textiles — precise references: supplier, colourway, finish, price range, and the reason for the choice. Enough to price, order, and swap a reference without breaking the whole.
How do I validate a material without touching it?
Boards do the visual sorting; for materials that are judged by hand — a grain, a relief, a hue — suppliers ship samples straight to you, and we decide together on a call, samples side by side.
Can the references be purchased directly?
Yes — that is what the schedule is for: every line carries what is needed to order, by you or your contractors. We take no margin on supplies.
Do you work within my budget?
The budget is an input, not an end-of-file surprise. Every board is built inside your envelope — with, where useful, one option above and one below.
