Every site, surface and timeline changes the work: a posted price would be wrong one way or the other. The call is free of commitment, and the quote spells out exactly what it covers.
Remote: plan, quote and sample reviews run remotely; decision points happen on calls.

How is this different from an architect or a construction manager?
The architect designs and the construction manager runs the works — both on the project’s side. The owner’s representative is on yours: checking that what gets drawn and priced serves your interests, your use and your budget.
Can you step into a project already under way?
Yes — it is the most common case: doubts about quotes, drawings drifting from the intent, a budget slipping. A one-off review can be enough.
Are you tied to the contractors being consulted?
No. No commission, no margin on works or supplies: our only mandate is yours.
