Retail design.

Your shop attracts, but converts poorly. Or the brand has grown and the space hasn’t followed. We design commercial spaces that put the place back at the level of the brand — customer journey, scenography, light, materials — with an effect you can read at the till.

01 — What we deliver

  • The global concept — the intent boards that set the world, the story and the stance of the place
  • The plans — sketches, plans and sections, from preliminary design to execution files — ready to hand to your architect or contractors for tender pricing
  • Zoning and customer journey — where people enter, slow down and buy — drawn, not assumed
  • Material and colour boards — every surface named, referenced, replaceable if the budget asks
  • The detail book — what contractors need to price accurately and build without guessing

02 — How it unfolds

  1. Framing

The site, the brand, the constraints, the budget. On a call.

  2. Intent boards

The possible directions, in images. You decide.

  3. Design draft

The project drawn: plans, volumes, journey.

  4. Complete file

Plans, materials, detail book — ready to price.

  5. Design oversight

Our eye on execution drawings and samples, through to handover.

03 — Who it's for, and how much

Priced per project, after a thirty-minute scoping call.

Every site, surface and timeline changes the work: a posted price would be wrong one way or the other. The call is free of commitment, and the quote spells out exactly what it covers.

Remote: design is delivered fully remotely — surveys by our protocol, decision calls, complete files for the contractors.

05 — The questions we get asked

Do you work from an existing space or an empty shell?

Both. An existing space needs a precise survey — we provide the protocol — and its constraints usually feed the concept rather than limit it.

Do you do the building work?

No. We design, draw and oversee the execution aesthetics; the works belong to contractors — yours, or ones from our network. That split protects your budget and the project alike.

How long from first call to usable plans?

It depends on surface and complexity — the thirty-minute scoping call lets us give you a firm, milestone-by-milestone calendar before any commitment.

Can you work with my architect?

Yes, and it is a frequent setup: we carry the concept, the customer journey and the materials; your architect carries the building and the regulations. Each on their own ground.
